1. Information We Collect
At INEXX Interactive, we respect your privacy. In order to provide our cutting-edge software and
repository services, we collect the following types of information:
- Account Data: Registration details including your
username, secure email address, and encrypted passwords (stored securely using bcrypt hashes).
- OAuth Data: If you use GitHub or Google to sign
in, we only retrieve your basic profile info and email. We do not have access to your external
passwords.
- Automated Security Data (Login Logs): To protect
against cyber threats and unauthorized access, we strictly log your IP Address,
browser User-Agent, and login timestamp during each authentication attempt.
- User Content: The files, avatars, and text you
voluntarily upload to our Repositories and Contact Forms.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to operate INEXX Systems. This includes:
- Authenticating your account via standard or Two-Factor
Authentication (2FA).
- Sending critical account notifications, OTPs, and password reset
codes.
- If you explicitly opted-in ("Marketing Consent"), we may send you
occasional promotional updates about NEXOS and NEXEN.
- Detecting and preventing fraudulent activity, DDOS attacks, and
platform abuse through our internal Admin Audit Logs.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. Your information is kept strictly confidential
within the INEXX SQL Databases. We only disclose information if required by a valid legal subpoena
or to protect the absolute security architecture of our servers.
4. Cookies and Session Storage
We use essential strictly-necessary cookies exclusively for session management (keeping you logged
in) and security tokens. We do not use third-party invasive tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on your location, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold on you.
- Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request full
deletion of your account, repositories, and trace logs from our active databases.
- Opt-Out: Withdraw your marketing consent instantly
via your profile settings or by contacting us.
6. Security & Data Retention
All data is transmitted via secure SSL/TLS. Passwords and 2FA secrets are cryptographically hashed.
We retain user data as long as the account is active. Inactive accounts and their associated files
may be purged after extended periods of dormancy to save storage resources.
